A good time was had by all! The girls all looked lovely... Everyone enjoyed the group dances! And more dancing! More dancing!
Thanks to our DJ - Ellen - for some great tunes! Dancing of course was very popular! Dinner at the Valentine's Dance The red carpet of parent paparazzi at the Valentine's Dance Kids and adults all participated in suggesting how to change behaviors during A.C.T. OUT. Thanks to Heritage Fund for sponsoring the event!
A.C.T. OUT was a popular event for kids and adults to talk about appropriate ways to deal with bullying and anger. Everyone got to be part of the show! Thanks Travis for another amazing evening!!! Mrs. Brodfuehrer sat with the "star" of the show as each attendee had a chance to thank him up close! Famed Magician Travis Easterling pulled all kinds of tricks out of his hat at the annual magic show! Diane, from LCNFC, presenting Certificates of Appreciation to KayLee (left) and Shella (center) for collecting emergency needs money. THANK YOU KayLee and Shella for a helping your neighbors!
Shella (pictured) and KayLee from Lincoln spearheaded a collection of change for LCNFC to help with their neighbors' emergency needs. Despite supreme skating talents, some were modest and hid their faces. :) Families enjoyed skating together at Hamilton Center in January, 2008. Another wonderful year of giving by many folks to make the 2007 Angels of Love so successful! Angels of Love gift distribution 2007 - Many thanks to St. Peter's and the wonderful volunteers who are sorting packages here.
Thanks to volunteers from Columbus North and East for helping the kids with their gifts. (2007) A host of people were ready to help the artists during Make-a-Gift Night 2007 Children created presents for someone special during Make-a-Gift Night - Christmas 2007 Thanks to the pilgrims and all of the volunteers who made the 2007 Thanksgiving Day Dinner so successful! 509 meals were served at the 2007 Thanksgiving Day Dinner.
Federal Express - from the oldest to the youngest volunteers - were great delivering Thanksgiving meals. Delivery meals being prepped at the 2007 Thanksgiving Day Dinner The XL's rocked the house recently at YES Cinema! Halloween 2007 was loads of fun! LCNFC was crawling with cute trick-or-treaters!
Thanks to Mr. Wetherald and Mr. Gentry - 15 kids and parents enjoyed a limo ride up to a Pacers' game! Everyone had a blast! Everyone had a great night with Sammy Terry! Even Captain Jack is startled as Sammy Terry moves in... Sammy Terry weaves a web of scary tales to the crowd at YES Cinema! Lincoln's Principal Mrs. Yates shakes in her boots by Jacob's scary "smile."
Loads of smiles for the Key Club volunteers from North! Parents and children painting pumpkins during a fun and spooktacular family night! The Kings of Corn Hole - Ricky and Paul Roberts! Teams traveled from as far away as Indianapolis to compete for the Kings of Corn Hole! Dustin from Papa's Deli (the self-proclaimed "Black Belt of Corn Hole")tossing against Tim from Zeller Insurance.
The tossing begins! Corn Hole for Christmas 2007... a great day! One class showing off their new books! Thanks to Mrs. Hinshaw for purchasing the books, Viewpoint for supplying the books and Mrs. Rumple for picking out the books. Thanks to Books for YOU, each Lincoln 2nd and 3rd grader received a new book! Mrs. Sandi Hinshaw, founder of Books for YOU! introduces Lincoln students to the inspirations for the program... her daughter, Jill and mother-in-law, Hilda. Some boys lined up to have their bikes checked at the Safety Fair. Thanks to First Methodist!
There were all kinds of activities for kids and parents to take advantage of at the Safety Fair. Putt-putt with the Fire Department at the Safety Fair at First Methodist! It's awfully hard to sing with your arms out, thumbs up, elbows in, bottom up, tongue out and turning around! The Kindergartners kissing their brains during their magnificent performance at the PTO/Title One/LCNFC family night! The crowd went wild at the end of this BLAST Idol performance!
Stars belted out their tunes during the first BLAST Idol at Central! Thanks to Cummins COB employees for providing so many eggs! Some kids had to have help carrying their overflowing haul of eggs. An eager egg hunter waits for the official start of her age group. The smile says it all! LCNFC Director Randy Allman gives the official start to the age 3 and under hunt. Special thanks to BCSC for allowing us to use their back yard! Several folks braved the wind and cold temperatures to visit with the Easter Bunny at the 2007 Easter Egg Hunt!
Magic Night held everyone in suspense during the disappearing girl trick! Travis Easterling "chops" off David's hand during the Magical Family Night! The fellas pause from dancing for a photo op... Smiles all throug the night! Thanks to Columbus East and North volunteers for boogying with students at the dance!
Rad dance moves at the Lincoln Valentine's Dance! Dinner being served at the Lincoln 5th and 6th Grade Valentine's Dance SUPER BOWL CHAMP fans celebrate the Colts GREAT win! Fans poured in YES Cinema with great anticipation of the Colts game. Allen from By Word of Mouth Catering braved the cold temperatures to grill up some good eats for the Super Bowl.
Sydney proudly displayed her Colts spirit in a shirt her mom made for the big game! Joining in the spirit of the Super Bowl, Phyllis and her granddaughter Maddy were ready to cheer on the Colts! Lincoln Students DOMINATED the game - of course! Students and cheerleaders cheer on their team to victory! Students on a breakaway after pulling down a rebound.

St. Peter's volunteers entertained families who were at the Angels of Love gift distribution. Gifts are packaged at the Angels of Love gift distribution. CEHS volunteer Amelia helps with the framing and painting at family night. Local artist Marilyn Brackney led families in a gift making project at family night. Lei'gacy's gift to the community concert attracted hundreds to The Commons. What a wonderful holiday celebration!
Thanks to First Christian, The Moose Lodge, Fed Ex employees and our wonderful volunteers, close to 600 people enjoyed a beautiful Thanksgiving! Chair Allen Dillman offered prayer prior to the meal. Hunter and Ken load up delivery meals. Delivery volunteers from Fed Ex and the community map out the delivery routes. Deliveries are packaged by our fantastic volunteers for the Thanksgiving Day Dinner.

Every seat was filled to hear Hastings' hilarious quips! Jeff Bodart opened for the Hastings show at YES. Drew Hastings entertained close to 400 at the YES Comedy Showcase! The evening was SPOOK-tacular! :) The ladies from CNHS Key Club helped Coty hand out treats.
If you look hard... even people from places far, far away visited LCNFC on Halloween. Over 165 trick-or-treaters visited with Coty, our superb volunteer for the evening! Halloween was filled with candy and laughs at LCNFC! Thanks to JCZ All-Stars for a great cheerleading clinic for our Lincoln Cardinals!!! Accolades sent via e-mail from Music Exec Mindy Giles for The Luckies!

Fans filled the "stands" at Yes Cinema for the IU/Purdue game in January. Lincoln students spent their Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday learning about Dr. King from Atterbury students, kidscommons and the Volunteer Action Center IU and Purdue fans flood Yes Cinema for challenges before the big game.
