The lines are open!!! Parents and guardians of children Kindergarten through 12th grade (public and private schools) can call to register for FREE school supplies! Give the LCNFC a call at 379-1630 and we will be happy to get your kids signed up. NO INCOME REQUIREMENTS. Takes only a few minutes.

| Ninth Street Neighborhood Watch Picnic |
Saturday, June 12, 1 p.m.
The Ninth Street Neighborhood Watch is hosting a picnic at the park! It's a great time to meet your neighbors and learn about what is going on to make the neighborhood a safer place to live and play. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets. | 9th Street Park Summer Program |
| Hey Kids! Ages 6-12 are welcome Monday through Friday afternoons at 9th Street Park! We will have lots of fun activities all summer! :) Plus - free lunch each day! Starts MONDAY and runs each weekday from 1:30 to 4:30. Tuesdays are trips to the Donner Pool and Thursdays are field trips. It's all FREE!!! Just drop in and then take home a regsitration form at the end of the day and return it the next time you are there to participate. LOADS OF FUN!!! |

All summer, LCNFC is gathering names of neighbors interested in having a backyard garden! We have professionals who are willing to help you dig, plant and maintain! Plants and guidance provided. If you are interested, give us a call (379-1630) or email (info@lcnfc.org) and we will get you hooked up! This is a great - and less expensive - way to get some good food on the table this summer! |

| Bill Stearman Shootout - 3-on-3 Tourney |
| The 12th Annual Bill Stearman Shootout will be held on July 24 in the William C. Stearman Athletic Complex at Columbus North High School. Memorial Gym will be flooded with youth teams (3rd and 4th grade, 5th and 6th grade, middle and high school divisions for boys and girls) playing 3-on-3 basketball.
